Pre-Made Lifecycle Sequence Filters

By Megan B

Sequencing is a very valuable tool, giving the ability to mass email your contacts at various stages of their lead lifecycle, or by Company for Account Based Marketing (ABM). As outlined in other sequencing blog posts, the content of these campaigns should match the audience who will receive the campaigns. Below are a pre-made contact filters ready for use right now!

Have more ideas? Tell Megan Beer and those will be added!

Inbound Leads

If you'd like to run new Inbound leads through a sequence, you can use the filters below. This is a good solution to automate your outreach - structure the sequence to start with a call, then email, another call, etc. to ensure you connect with the inbound lead in multiple channels.

Inbound Leads (TODAY)

Prospect

From time to time there will be no active lead generation campaigns running for your team, but that doesn't mean you can't conduct some on your own. Before you activate, please check to ensure no current lead generation campaigns are currently running.

New Prospects

Existing Prospects

All Prospects

New Prospects will get you all newly added Prospects within the CRM who have never received a lead generation campaign.

Existing Prospects will get you all Prospects who have gone through at least one of the lead generation funnels (form submission, email campaign, social media campaign, paid search campaign, etc.)

All Prospects will return both new and existing prospects.

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

As more lead generation campaigns are in place, the more MQLs you may receive. While these should have 1:1 communications, as time progresses you may need to sequence MQLs who have gone dormant and needs a gentle nudge.

New MQLs (no activity)

Aged Working MQLs (3 days)

MQLs Needing Nurturing

New MQLs will get you all newly added MQLs who have not been actioned after becoming an MQL.

Aged Working MQLs (3 days) will return all MQLs you've previously contacted, but no activity has been logged in the past 3 days, therefore may need another touch.

MQLs Needing Nurturing is a great filter to use to keep previously marked MQLs engaged with the latest information of the company.

Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

Qualifying leads, and making progress can be exciting, but they may stall along the path to convert them into a customer. Keep track of your SQL's by milestones for easy use of segmenting for targeted sends.

New SQLs

Aged Working SQLs (7 days)

SQLs Needing Nurturing

New SQLs will get you all newly added SQLs who have not been actioned after becoming an SQL.

Aged Working SQLs (7 days) will return all SQLs you've previously contacted, but no activity has been logged in the past 7 days, therefore may need another touch.

SQLs Needing Nurturing is a great filter to use to keep previously marked SQLs engaged with the latest information of the company.

Customers

Just because they are a customer, doesn't mean you stop communicating with your contacts. Steady communication should always be present to keep your customer engaged - with our marketplace top of mind. For this reason, it is strongly encouraged to communicate to your customers and keep them informed on how we are advancing our platform, buyer growth - and anything else we can share to our clients that would make them pleased to know.

New Customers (previous 90 days)

Active Customers (including New)

Inactive Customers

All Customers

New Customers will get you all newly added Customers within the last 90 days

Active Customers will get you all active Customers, including those who are new within the last 90 days

Inactive Customers will get you all inactive Customers

All Customers will get you all Customers (inactive and active)
