Snippets Made Easy

Snippets are a HubSpot tool, allowing users to automatically paste in a section of copy used frequently. Think of it as a built-in copy and paste of your most used phrases. Always sign off in your emails with a line of If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out? Just by typing in #closing within a HubSpot email, note, task, etc. it will automatically generate that copy! Talk about easy, just try it! In this article, we've made some snippets you can use today in your outreach to clients, about AssetZone, contract reminders, and more!

While the pre-made snippets below represent copy ready-to-go, you can modify as needed. Just add in the snippet and revise as needed!

Reminder on how to use snippets

There are two ways to add a snippet:

  1. Type the # symbol into the text editor. Start typing the snippet shortcut, then select the snippet from the dropdown menu. The snippet will automatically populate in the text editoradd-a-snippet-to-a-note
  2. At the bottom of the text editor, click the snippets icon, then select a snippet from the dropdown menu

AssetZone is Liquidity Services’ cloud-based asset management tool which provides global inter-company access to:
  • UPLOAD your assets into the AssetZone database
  • VIEW assets through their complete lifecycle, including availability for redeployment
  • REQUEST internal transfer from other locations inside your organization
  • PUSH assets to external sale to monetize idle equipment
Accessing AssetZone
Proceed to AssetZone.com and input your username & password.
 
To gain initial access, please contact your account manager and provide: Facility Name, Address, Phone number, and Email to generate a verified new user.
 
An Overview of AssetZone
  • Hold Zone includes items not intended for any current redeployment or external sale, as well as a historical repository of sold items
  • Redeploy Zone contains assets currently available for internal transfer
  • Sell Zone tracks the assets currently destined for external sale
  • Find Zone allows for an ongoing search function to source used equipment
Upload an Asset
From the Homepage, access the Redeploy Zone and Add to upload any asset, requiring technical details, financial information and photos of each asset. You have the option to upload an individual assets or upload in bulk via excel file.
 
Request an Internal Transfer
  1. From the Homepage, access the Redeploy Zone and View
  2. From the list view, click on an asset to see comprehensive detailed information including asset owner contact details
  3. Ask questions to the asset owner if needed
  4. To proceed with an internal transfer, select Add to Cart and Check out Cart
  5. Automatic email notification alert the asset owner for review/approval
  6. You will be notified via email if the asset transfer is approved by the asset owner for then offline coordination
Push to External Sale
All assets not internally transferred are eligible for external sale through Liquidity Services. We manage the marketing, sales negotiation, financial payments, and all customer service aspects. Our process ensures global coverage on AllSurplus and flexible sales methods to maximize the sale return.
